Bloggers not thrilled to report on the governor’s marital discord

Even though the state’s media at least most of us who are not liberal bloggers are not thrilled with having to report on the governor’s marital discord, the national folks are happy to echo every mention. Now that we have confirmation that the first lady is living in the mansion and the governor is living in their home in Reno, raising questions about an old residency statute, the issue is alive again. And The Hotline in D.C. took note in its “Wake-Up Call,” a daily feature, writing: “As if he didn’t have enough problems: ‘Several sources said yesterday that NV Gov. Jim Gibbons (R) could be breaking Nevada law by not living in the Governor’s Mansion with his wife.’” Where will it end? My guess is only one way: ugly.
