Detectives seek help in 2007 homicide case

North Las Vegas police today are going back to the public for help in solving a 15-month-old homicide case.

Detectives are looking for new leads in the shooting death of 31-year-old Dequan Levi, of North Las Vegas. He was found dead after authorities were called at 11:50 p.m. on May 13, 2007, to a shooting in the 900 block of East Carey.

Police said detectives have run out of leads in the case.

Anyone with information about the death is asked to call North Las Vegas police at 633-9111 or Crimestoppers at 385-5555.
