Bush shouldn’t talk about too much force

At least Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin is getting some advice from an expert regarding the attacks on Georgia. President Bush called the attacks “disproportionate.” He should know; after all, we have 140,000 troops in Iraq in response to no particular threat to the United States. Disproportionate indeed!
