Anthem etiquette: The winners, losers

I need to point out that Mark Phelps, all eight times, the great U.S. basketball team, the beach volleyball teams, the gymnasts and many others showed a lot of class by having the respect for our national anthem to do a proper salute during the medal ceremony at the Beijing Olympics.

I did, however, notice a lot of others who, in front of the world, lacked the intelligence or respect to provide this courtesy.
