Regarding the Las Vegas Sun’s Tuesday editorial “Romney’s twisted world”:
I find it amazing that the Republicans are continuing to pull the wool over everyone’s eyes. They continually proclaim their toughness on the “war on terror,” but what they really mean is that they want to continue the unnecessary and immoral war in Iraq.
With the exception of Ron Paul, every single Republican (from Bush on down) is willing, even after 6 1/2 years, to continue to let Osama bin Laden and the real al-Qaida get away with the mass murder of nearly 3,000 people on 9/11.
Early in the Democratic presidential debates, every single Democratic contender vowed to get bin Laden and bring him, dead or alive, to justice.
So who’s tough on the war on terrorism?
