Robert Sands, in his Monday letter to the editor, states that poor slot payouts are one of the main reasons the casinos are losing local customers.
I also have noticed very low slot payouts. In the past, you were able to take $100 and play for a few hours, you would hit some payouts and, of course, these payouts were returned to the slots.
This used to be fun — not anymore. The slots are not paying as they used to.
The casinos need to increase their payouts to get local business back.
