Former Guns N’ Roses lead guitarist Slash celebrates his 43rd birthday with two nights of celebrations, starting at the Bare pool lounge at The Mirage, with Perry Farrell from Jane’s Addiction as guest DJ and Slash with surprise guests, and following that set with his own Velvet Revolver concert. The Rhapsody music service has hired Vegas HD to shoot the show for worldwide DVD release … Criss Angel hosts the fourth-season premiere screening of his A&E series Mindfreak at the Cathouse restaurant and lounge in the Luxor … A special cabaret performance featuring the cast of Jersey Boys from the Palazzo, and George Wallace’s favorite a cappella group, Mosaic, will perform at the Vox Lounge in Henderson. The 8:30 p.m. charity event will support the Public Education Foundation … Tickle me pink as Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Finch and Foxy Shazam rock out at the House of Blues.
