In regard to the Saturday editorial in the Las Vegas Sun decrying the state Supreme Court’s upholding of term limits: Las Vegas needs to be rid of the professional politician. These are the people who are responsible for the shape we’re in now.
All that uncontrolled growth didn’t pay for itself after all. Where’s the money for schools, teachers, numerous public and government services? It seems all we got were a few really rich developers and a top three listing in illegal immigrant population.
The voters spoke more than once on this issue, and I think your paper is way off base telling us we made a mistake.
