I recently had a dream where I was shopping with my mom and sister in a supermarket. As we were walking down an aisle, I noticed a baby girl sitting in an empty shopping cart with no one around her. I went over to investigate and found a note attached to the baby saying that the parents couldn’t take care of her and she needed a good home. So I took the baby home with plans for adopting her.

Lauri: Have you picked up where someone else left off recently, perhaps at work or maybe within your family? The baby is a new project, idea or responsibility ... something that was originally someone else’s “baby” but for some reason is now in your care. Your dream is showing you this new element in your life in the form of a baby to let you know it will take lots of attention, dedication and TLC so that it—and perhaps you—can reach full potential.
Kristin replies: I can now see how this dream relates to what is going on in my life. At work, my predecessor left eight months ago leaving me to head up (along with my boss) a software conversion. The new software was implemented last month. It certainly has been something requiring lots of attention and dedication and patience! Thank you for the interpretation. It really baffled me.
