Sarah Palin is coming, Sarah Palin is coming! Not to Las Vegas, but to Carson City, on Saturday. I am sure the faithful in Elko and Fallon and Ely and points far-flung in eastern Nevada are packing up for the pilgrimage to see the newly beloved GOP madonna. Reports from the national media indicate Palin has been pretty well insulated from the press so far, with even reporters on the campaign plane not getting much from her except maybe the good fishing spots near Wasilla. So I wonder who will be up on the stage with her in the capital. The governor is leaving town for the weekend on “personal business.” So perhaps McCain’s local chairman, Lt. Gov. Brian
Krolicki, will be there and can help the media get access. He will be acting governor, after all.
