To describe Bob Hamrick, people often use these words: Integrity. Charisma. Leadership. As chairman and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, Hamrick brings these terms to life every day. He has become a spokesman for the ever-changing real estate market in Las Vegas and is often quoted in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and countless others. Hamrick started earning his stripes as a real estate leader in Southern Nevada at the tender age of 17. He then helped grow a 50 person office to 100 sales associates while maintaining multimillion-dollar personal sales, all before his 21st birthday. He repeated his leadership accomplishments at another office in 1988, and then CBPR hired him in February 1995 as managing broker of an office that soon became recognized as the “most improved” in the 500-office Western Region. After what MGM MIRAGE called a nationwide and exhaustive search, Hamrick was selected as CityCenter Realty Corp.’s broker and senior vice president, leading the residential sales of one of the largest developments in the world. In the past, Hamrick has served as a director for the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors®, in addition to serving on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors®. In 2002, InBusiness Las Vegas named Bob one of the Most Influential Businessmen in Southern Nevada, and ranked him in its Top 40 Under 40 special publication.
