As a founding member and a principal at ethos | three architecture, Dan Ballard, AIA, works closely with clients to help them meet their budget, schedule and aesthetic goals. With more than 15 years experience, Ballard’s recent projects include View 215, Patrick Neighborhood Plaza, Serene Neighborhood Plaza, JFK Financial, Upper Crust Pizza, Saigon 8, Carlitos Burritos, and Taco Express. Prior to ethos | three architecture, Ballard played a key role in projects such as The District Phase II, WMS Gaming, Konami Gaming, Commerce on the Green, Aliante Office Building and Siena Promenade. Many of his designs have been honored by NAIOP’s Spotlight Awards and AIA’s Annual Recognition Awards. Ballard is a licensed architect and a member of AIA and NAIOP. He received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and Master of Architecture at University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
