If you don't have the culinary skills to wow mom this Mother's Day, area restaurants are coming to the rescue. With tempting brunch options including all the fabulous desserts mothers love, mom is sure to have a palate-pleasing meal on her special day.

Saturday, May 8:

Mother's Day Tea and Cake Party at Lush: Put a smile on mom's face with a Mother's Day Tea and Cake Party at Lush complete with complimentary hand massages.

Sunday, May 9:

Matsuri Mother's Day special: Matsuri is offering a complimentary buffet and show ticket for mothers with the purchase of a buffet package. Just mention the Mother's Day Special at the box office.

Kris Jenner at Eve: For the mom who wants to party, Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kris Jenner, mom of Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and Robert Kardashian and Kendall and Kyle Jenner, will be hosting a Mother's Day party at Eve Nightclub.

Catch a Cougar party at McFadden's: Celebrate Mother's Day by picking up a cougar at McFadden's Catch a Cougar party where attendees will enjoy an open bar from 11 p.m. until 1 a.m. with the purchase of a wristband, priced at $10 for ladies, and $20 for guys.

Mother's Day at Beso: Treat mom to a fancy dinner at Beso, where she can sample several new dishes like chilled avocado soup, a petite filet with lobster and fresh plantain crepes.

Mother's Day Brunch at Hash House A Go Go: In addition to all of their delicious over-sized dishes, both Hash House A Go Go locations will feature specials like Sally's "Wild Child" Mushroom Hash, salmon stuffed with shrimp and mango-peach-cinnamon pancakes at its Mother's Day Brunch.

Mother's Day specials at Blue Martini: Blue Martini in Town Square is celebrating moms by offering free Mom-osas on the patio from 4 until 7 p.m. for all mothers plus live entertainment from 6 until 10 p.m.

Mothers Day lunch and dance at Charleston Heights Arts Center: At Your Service Catering will provide a tasty meal for moms and their families at the Charleston Heights Arts Center. After lunch, dance to the sounds of the Walt Boenig Big Band.

Mariachi Brunch at Cabo Wabo: Cabo Wabo Cantina presents a special Mother's Day Mariachi Brunch featuring live mariachi music from Los Viajeros and a complimentary glass of champagne for mom.

The Grand Buffet at the Top of the World Restaurant: The Stratosphere's Top of the World Restaurant will celebrate Mother's Day with The Grand Buffet featuring a shellfish smorgasbord, Belgian waffle station and chocolate fountain.

Mother's Day at the Trump Spa: In honor of Mother's Day, The Spa at Trump and the American Heart Association are offering a special spa package where $25 from each package goes directly the organization's efforts to helps raise awareness and fight heart disease. The Trump Escape Package includes any three of the following services: 40-minute massage, 40-minute facial, 40-minute scrub, 40-minute pedicure, 40-minute manicure, scalp massage and natural glow make-up application and a take home gift. It is available throughout the month of May.

Mother's Day celebration at Springs Café: Wolfgang Puck's Springs Cafe at Springs Preserve will offer a Mother's Day Brunch featuring hand-carved roast beef, sushi and pasta stations; Asian-inspired dishes such as miso-soy glazed white fish on lemongrass jasmine rice, Chinois chicken salad and a savory noodle salad and classic favorites eggs benedict with hollandaise. After your meal, take a walk around the Preserve to savor the wonderful weather.

Mother's Day specials at Panevino: Usually closed on Sundays, Panevino is opening its doors for a special Mother's Day meal featuring carpaccio cipriani, tagliatelle con coda di aragosta and fresh profiteroles filled with homemade whipped cream drizzled with warm chocolate sauce.

Mother's Day Brunch at Sushisamba: Sushisamba is offering a special Mother's Day Brunch and will offer moms a special treat of traditional Brazilian candies called brigadeiros. Brunch options include baked eggs and apple-smoked bacon, Japanese mushroom torta, and lobster mac and cheese.
