Not much to look at, but inside you’ll see flocks of locals bent over giant bowls of pho and slurping with religious devotion. The extensive menu is packed with delicious things you've probably never tasted before, such as Ninh Hoa pork sausage rolls, barbecued shrimp on sugar cane and grilled-lemongrass sliced beef, all of which are served with a pile of herbs, condiments and other flavor enhancements, at no extra charge.
