The 12-hour set Kaskade played on New Year’s Eve at Marquee could have been an indication for what’s to come in the next 12 months.
The Cosmopolitan nightclub has announced the DJ will continue his residency through 2012, signing on exclusively in Las Vegas with Marquee.
Kaskade, who recently took the top spot in DJ Times' America’s Best DJ poll, begins his yearlong commitment with Marquee on Saturday, January 14. The partnership is fitting, as both the DJ and the club received impressive accolades this year—the Cosmopolitan venue was the only local club included in DJ Mag’s Top 100 Clubs list.
If you’ve already experienced a night of the DJ’s beats, fear not; this is no “been there, done that” situation. Kaskade’s residency will include new elements in the new year, including a video show with custom visuals and costumed dancers.
