Coachella expanded to two weekends in 2012 and will retain the format for 2013.

Less than a month after its 2012 edition ended, the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival has announced details for 2013, including a price increase.

For the second straight year, the fest will take place over two weekends—April 12-14 and April 19-21—at the usual location, the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. Last month’s desert festival replicated its Weekend 1 lineup for Weekend 2.

Coachella’s “advance sale” begins Thursday at 10 a.m. Las Vegas time, through the festival’s official website. Passes are priced at $349 (all fees included), up from $269 (plus fees) for last year’s pre-sale, which increased to $285 (plus fees) when acts were announced before the regular sale in January. A payment plan allows buyers to pay 20 percent of the total up front, with the remainder split over seven monthly payments through January.

Also available on Thursday: pass/shuttle combo packages ($399), VIP passes ($799), car camping passes ($85), tent camping passes ($85), shuttle passes ($50-$80), VIP parking passes ($150) and a variety of VIP camping passes ($2,900-$5,200 for two-to-four people).

Acts for the 2013 festival have not been revealed. Radiohead, Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg and The Black Keys headlined the 2012 edition. Weekend 1 nearly sold out during the advance-sale period. The remainder of Weekend 1 passes, along with most Weekend 2 passes sold out within three hours on the regular sale day.
