Coroner IDs driver killed in crash with bus

Authorities are identifying a 21-year-old driver killed during the weekend when his car slammed into the back of a transit bus southeast of downtown Las Vegas.

Seven people on the bus were hospitalized with what police characterized as minor injuries.

The Clark County coroner's office says Zachary Mitchell Greener died late Saturday after the 2007 Dodge Caliber hit the CAT bus at a bus stop on Flamingo Road near Boulder Highway.

Witnesses told police the Dodge appeared to be speeding before the crash about 9 p.m.

Police say the 54-year-old bus driver wasn't hurt.
