Accident
A man is in critical condition after he was hit by a car Thursday while walking outside of a marked crosswalk on Sahara Avenue.
Metro Police responded to the collision about 6 p.m. The man was crossing Sahara Avenue near Maryland Parkway outside of a designated crosswalk, when the car hit him, police said.
The man was transported to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in critical condition.
