Plane lands
A small aircraft made an emergency landing Friday on a Henderson street less than a mile south of Henderson Executive Airport where it took off.
The pilot noticed something was wrong right after takeoff and decided to land on Volunteer Boulevard, McCarran International Airport spokesman Chris Jones said. Two people were on the plane, but no one was injured. No vehicles were affected by the landing.
The plane has been towed back to the airport, Jones said.
