A second man has been arrested in the robbery of a woman at an ATM machine in North Las Vegas.
North Las Vegas Police arrested Diego Rodriguez, 18, on Tuesday on counts of robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery after a 45-year-old woman was robbed earlier this month as she was withdrawing money from an ATM in the 2400 block of Rancho Drive.
Police say Rodriguez is the brother of 26-year-old Nestor Rodriguez, who was arrested Monday night on counts of robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery in connection with the same incident.
The brothers were each being held on $40,000 bail at the North Las Vegas Detention Center.
Police said tips from the public helped lead to the identification and eventual arrest of the pair.
