Metro Police raided two marijuana grow houses late Wednesday night and early Thursday morning, finding $350,000 worth of pot inside one of the homes.

Police raided the first home Wednesday night at Crimson Clover Way, near Lake Mead Boulevard and Hills Center. Metro Narcotics Lt. Pete Boffelli said the home was equipped with materials used to grow marijuana, but no plants or products were found inside.

Police arrested 23-year-old Sean Heeren on three drug felony charges including drug possession and intention to sell. A preliminary hearing is set for 7:30 a.m. Friday and, Heeren’s bail is set at $40,000.

A second grow house was raided about 3 a.m. on Thursday at 2008 Blue Zenith Circle, near Eastern Avenue and Warm Springs Road. Boffelli said officers found 102 marijuana plants inside with a street value estimated at $350,000.

No suspect has been arrested yet associated with that home, Boffelli said.
