A pedestrian is in critical condition tonight after she was was hit by a pickup on a crosswalk near UNLV.
Lt. David Gordon said the woman was struck about 9:24 p.m. at Maryland Parkway and University Road by a Chevrolet pickup traveling through the intersection.
The truck’s driver stopped and remained at the crash site, Gordon said.
No other information about the wreck was available late Thursday.
