Two men who being sought after taxi driver is attacked, robbed

On September 1, 2013 at approximately 10:50am the suspects pictured above robbed a taxi driver in the area of Flamingo and Arville.

Men rob, attack taxi driver

Metro Police are searching for two men suspected of attacking and robbing a taxi driver on Monday near Flamingo Road and Arville Street.

The men allegedly attacked the driver on Monday after he took them from a hotel and dropped them off at Flamingo and Arville, Metro Police officials said. One of the men punched the driver, knocked him to the ground and took his money. They then ran away on foot, police said.

Police describe one of the suspects as a 6-foot-1 black man in his 20s, with a thin build and short, black hair. He was last seen wearing a red polo shirt, black jeans and black shoes.

The second suspect is described as a 5-foot-10 black man also in his 20s, with a medium build and short, black hair. He was last seen wearing a baseball cap, white T-shirt, black shorts with red and white vertical stripes and white shoes.
