A fire broke out Friday, Feb. 7, 2014, at a house near Windmill Parkway and Arroyo Grande. No one was home at the time, officials said.

Henderson firefighters doused a blaze this afternoon that started in the garage of a single-family home near Windmill Parkway and Arroyo Grande.
No one was injured, and the fire was extinguished by 2 p.m., Henderson Fire Department spokeswoman Kathleen Richards said.
The fire broke out while the residents were away, Richards said.
Flames and dark smoke were visible coming from the front of the garage, near a car parked in the driveway.
