LOS ANGELES — Former rap music mogul Marion "Suge" Knight is due back in a Los Angeles courtroom to be re-arraigned on a murder charge after a judge determined he should stand trial.

Thursday's court appearance will be the first time Knight returns to court since Superior Court Ronald Coen determined earlier this month that he should stand trial on murder, attempted murder and hit-and-run charges.

The co-founder of Death Row Records is accused of running over two men outside a Compton burger stand in January.

The 50-year-old's attorney has said his client was fleeing an ambush when he struck the men. He has already pleaded not guilty, but must be re-arraigned after Coen's trial ruling.

Knight's health has become an issue and he has been hospitalized five times after court hearings.
