A 31-year-old man is in critical condition after being struck by a driver suspected of being intoxicated in the central part of the valley Sunday morning.
At 1:48 a.m., Lester Ostorga-Galdamez was crossing the street at the intersection of West Charleston and South Decatur boulevards against a don't walk signal, according to Metro Police. He was struck by a 2005 Dodge Ram pickup truck traveling north on Decatur with a green signal showing.
