Firefighters are investigating a blaze that occurred in a vacant building in the eastern part of the valley Saturday.
According to the Clark County Fire Department:
Crews arrived at 1228 Pearl Ave., near Center Drive and Charleston Boulevard, at 1:23 p.m. to see smoke coming from the back of a vacant structure.
The fire was quickly extinguished after crews forced their way into the structure.
No injuries were reported, and no damage estimate was available. The cause was unknown.
