Two people were stabbed in a possible domestic dispute this afternoon in the east valley, according to Metro Police.
Police were called about 2:45 p.m. to the 2800 block of Wheelwright Drive, near East Vegas Valley Drive and South Lamb Boulevard, where a woman reported someone had been stabbed, Officer Jesse Roybal said.
Officers found a man and a woman of unknown age suffering stab wounds, and they were taken to Sunrise hospital with injuries that appear non-life-threatening, he said.
Detectives will investigate, he said.
It was not immediately clear whether police were searching for a suspect.
