The new commissioner of Major League Baseball Rob Manfred throws out the first pitch before a United States semi-final baseball game between Las Vegas and Philadelphia at the Little League World Series tournament in South Williamsport, Pa., Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2014.

Las Vegas is on the list as well as Oklahoma City, northern New Jersey, Mexico City or Monterrey, Mexico.
