A 52-year-old man in Sandy Valley died after being run over by an RV while performing maintenance underneath the motorhome.
Just after 1 p.m. Saturday, the man was at his home underneath a 1973 Winnebago motorhome doing repairs when the RV rolled froward and ran him over, Metro Police said. An investigation revealed that there was a mechanical malfunction during the repairs.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by a Clark County Coroner's Office investigator.
The incident remains under investigation by Metro.
