A man was hit by a car and killed Wednesday night while crossing Charleston Boulevard, according to Metro Police.
The man, who was crossing the street about 6:40 p.m. between Lamb and Nellis boulevards outside of a marked crosswalk, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. His name has not been release, pending notification of his family.
The driver of the car, a 30-year-old Las Vegas man, was not injured, police said.
