A woman killed by a man who would later turn a gun on himself had gone outside to ask for help after he had cut her, according to Metro Police.
Also according to police:
Help did not arrive at a mobile home in the 1100 block of South Mojave Road, near Charleston Boulevard, until after gunshots had rung out about 2:45 a.m. Tuesday. Arriving officers found the woman's body outside the home. The armed man inside prompted Metro to dispatch a SWAT unit.
The man had shot and killed himself by the time officers entered the home.
The Clark County coroner's office hasn’t released the man’s and woman’s identities.
