Henderson Police are investigating a shooting at a condominium early this morning near Green Valley and Horizon Ridge parkways.
The incident was reported about 1:15 a.m. in the 700 block of Carnegie Street after a fight broke out between two men, police department spokeswoman Michelle French said. One of the men pulled a handgun and shot the other in the back and shoulder, she said.
The wounded man drove to Desert Springs Hospital Medical Center, where he was treated for nonlife-threatening injuries, French said.
The roommate of the suspected shooter, who was home at the time, reported the shooting, French said. The suspect remained at the scene and was cooperating with police, she said.
