A 51-year-old man may have been robbed in the shooting that claimed his life in North Las Vegas early Saturday morning, city police said.
According to spokesman officer Aaron Patty:
Officers were called about 6 a.m. to the area of Tonopah Avenue and Stocker Street, south of Lake Mead Boulevard. A neighbor reported hearing gunshots.
The man, who suffered a gunshot wound, was found on a sidewalk, where he died. The investigation is ongoing and the shooter or motive haven't been identified.
