At least 12 treated after fight, pepper spray incident at off-Strip hotel

At least 12 people received medical attention this morning after pepper spray was discharged during a fight in the lobby of the Alexis Park Resort near the Las Vegas Strip, according to the Clark County Fire Department.

Nobody was taken to the hospital.

Metro Police responded about 9 a.m. to reports of a fight involving several men at the hotel at 375 E. Harmon Ave., near Paradise Road, Officer Laura Meltzer said.

Preliminary investigation indicates the fight broke out after a person tracked a stolen vehicle to the hotel, Meltzer said. This incident remains under investigation.

Fire crews evacuated the lobby and ventilated the area, fire officials said.
