A toddler died in an apparent drowning Wednesday night in an east valley neighborhood, according to Metro Police.
The 3-year-old child reportedly fell into a pool and died at a hospital, Metro Lt. Peter Kisfalvi said.
First responders were called about 7:40 p.m. to a house in the 4700 block of El Canasta Way, near Tropicana Avenue and Mountain Vista Street, Kisfalvi said.
Further details were not immediately available.
