CARSON CITY — Gregory Lovato, an engineer, has been named to head the state Division of Environmental Protection, it was announced today.
Lovato has been with the state agency since 2006 and has been acting administrator since February.
The appointment was announced by Bradley Crowell, director of the state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
