CARSON CITY — President Donald Trump will be in Reno on Wednesday to address the convention of the American Legion, and Vice President Mike Pence will follow him Saturday for a political event in Minden.
Pence will be the honored guest at the third annual Basque Fry sponsored by Attorney General Adam Laxalt.
Other guests will be U. S. Ted Cruz, New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez and American Conservative Union Chairman Matt Schlapp.
The announcement said Rep. Mark Amodei, R-Nev., would be present. It did not mention Republican Sen. Dean Heller.
