A man who earlier this year was charged with counts of lewdness with a child was arrested this month after investigators received information about three child-sex victims, according to Metro Police.

Police said the children knew the suspect and that investigators are seeking more possible victims.

Tegrin Shelley, 45, was first arrested in February on six counts of lewdness with a child under 14 from at least one 2012 incident, Las Vegas Justice Court logs show. As of his last court appearance last month, he was on house arrest.

On Aug. 12, prosecutors filed three more charges, two counts of sex assault with a child under 16 and one count of kidnapping of a child and sex, records show.

The alleged sex assault incidents occurred in 2011 and 2012, while the kidnapping allegedly took place this Aug. 12.

Further details on the allegations were not immediately available Friday evening, nor was it clear if Shelley remained under house arrest when the kidnapping incident allegedly occurred.

Shelley was booked without bail at the Clark County Detention Center soon after the second set of charges were filed, logs show. He's next scheduled in court Sept. 15.
