Homicide detectives are investigating after two bodies were found at a house near Flamingo Road and Tenaya Way on Monday afternoon, according to Metro Police.
As of early Monday evening, investigators were trying to determine how the men died, Capt. Robert Plummer said in a briefing broadcast online.
Officers were dispatched shortly before 2 p.m. to the 7200 block of Newcrest Circle regarding a man's body on a house's lawn, Plummer said. Another man's body was later found inside.
Police had reason to believe that a suspect was in the area sometime after officers responded, but a search yielded no results, Plummer said.
The victims were only described as being in their 40s and 50s, Plummer said. They apparently lived in the house.
