Ray Brewer and Case Keefer recap all the action from rivalry week, and spend extra time looking ahead to a few of the evenly-matched games in week 9.

Dorian Thompson-Robinson passed for five touchdowns tonight for the Bishop Gorman High football team in a 55-0 victory against host Durango.

Thompson-Robinson went 9-for-9 for 270 yards, including a pair of touchdowns to Brevin Jordan. Jalen Nailor also had a receiving touchdown and Amod Cianelli rushed for two touchdowns.

Bishop Gorman has recorded a shutout in each of its five Southwest Division games. Next week, it hosts Sierra Vista, which is also undefeated in league games, for the Southwest championship.

“We’ll have to stop their running game first and foremost,” Gorman coach Kenny Sanchez said of Sierra Vista. “They are big and physical.”
