PHOENIX — A 17-year-old boy is facing a murder charge after a young Las Vegas woman died following a drive-by shooting in Phoenix last weekend.
Police on Friday identified the victim as Norma Luna.
They say she was a passenger in a car when another car pulled up and fired gunshots on Oct. 21.
Police say they found two guns when they arrested the 17-year-old. He originally faced charges of aggravated assault.
The Associated Press does not typically name underage crime suspects.
