Hundreds of guns stolen from a Henderson casino parking lot this week were recovered Wednesday night during a SWAT operation in a west valley neighborhood, according to Henderson Police.

After the theft of a pickup truck and a trailer full of weapons was reported Tuesday at the Fiesta Henderson, investigators identified Samual Donesing, 28, and Jaemillah Eagans, 26, as suspects in the case, police said.

The investigation led Henderson Police, Metro Police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to a neighborhood in the 7000 block of West Washington Avenue, near Rainbow Boulevard, where SWAT officers served a search warrant, police said.

Roughly 300 guns and ammunition were recovered, police said.

Donesing and Eagans were arrested pending federal charges and were being held at the Henderson Detention Center, police said. Police did not elaborate on the charges.

Another person, Samlane Donesing, 58, also was arrested and booked at the Clark County Detention Center on one count of conspiracy to buy, possess or receive stolen property, police said.

Police said they were initially told there were some 400 weapons in the trailer. “Preliminarily it appears that all of stolen firearms have been recovered with other stolen property, but further confirmation is required,” police said in a news release.
