REBA, BROOKS & DUNN Reba McEntire will join fellow Las Vegas Strip resident headliner Cher in receiving the Kennedy Center Honors in December, an event that will be broadcast in a two-hour CBS special the day after Christmas. LIONEL RICHIE The four-time Grammy winner and hit-making machine was presented with the Keys to the Strip this week at Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood, the home of his “All The Hits” resident production.
