A two-vehicle crash in Henderson killed one person and shut down traffic Thursday evening, according to city police.
The crash was reported about 5:40 p.m. on Pecos Road, just north of Wigwam Parkway, Officer Rodrigo Peña said.
The impact made one of the vehicles hit a pole and roll over, Peña said. It wasn’t immediately clear which vehicle the victim was in.
Pecos was shut down in both directions in the area and was expected to remain so until late this evening, Peña said.
