The Smith Center now has new assistive listening devices to help audience members who need hearing assistance during live shows.
Desert Valley Audiology donated the $20,000 worth of listening equipment, including FM assistive devices that audience members can wear as headsets. This donation upgraded the Smith Center’s current technology, according to a news release.
The Smith Center offers the upgraded audio equipment at all performances for free to audience members upon request.
