Sin City does not seem to be the move for Britney Spears.

The “Hit Me Baby One More Time” singer’s second Las Vegas residency may not happen at all.

Sources have told TMZ that Spears is not in mental or physical shape to resume rehearsals for the “Domination” residency, which was due to kick off in February.

“As the person who guides her career -- based on the information I and all of the professionals who work with her are being told on a need-to-know basis -- from what I have gathered it’s clear to me she should not be going back to do this Vegas residency, not in the near future and possibly never again,” Spears’ longtime manager Larry Rudolph reportedly told the celebrity gossip site.

The former entertainment lawyer, who has repped Miley Cyrus, Justin Timberlake, Toni Braxton and DMX, said he is only given medical information that directly impacts the pop icon’s career, the outlet reports. Spears was two-thirds of the way through rehearsals for her Vegas reboot when her dad got ill late last year.

“It was the perfect storm,” Rudolph is quoted as stating. “We had to pull her show because her meds stopped working and she was distraught over her dad’s illness.”

The new residency, which was supposed to kick off Feb. 13, was announced to be postponed at the top of the year due to the health crisis of her father and manager, Jamie Spears.

Rudolph said it’s always been up to the 37-year-old former teen pop sensation when she wanted to work and when she didn’t. “Last summer, when she wanted to tour, she called me every day,” he revealed. “She was excited. She hasn’t called me in months. Crickets. She clearly doesn’t want to perform now.”

Most recently, her father’s conservatorship of his daughter, which began in 2008 following the singer’s public meltdown -- giving him control of nearly all of the her business and personal affairs, has come under public scrutiny.
