Commissioner to host COVID-19 virtual town hall for business owners

Clark County Commissioner Justin Jones will host a virtual town hall on Thursday to answer coronavirus-related questions from the business community.

The event will focus on questions about doing business in Clark County during the economic slowdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Jones will be joined by representatives from the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance, Las Vegas Asian Chamber of Commerce and the Las Vegas Urban Chamber of Commerce.

“This is a critical moment for our business community as so many of them had to close their doors,” Jones said in a statement. “They’re doing the right thing, but they are going to need support and assistance to get through this challenging time.”

The town hall will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday and is expected to last about an hour. To register, click here.
