A woman visiting from Canada won a $775,000 Saturday at a Pahrump casino on a $3 slot-machine wager.
The woman, a retiree, won a $779,384 progressive jackpot on an Aristocrat-made Buffalo Grand machine at Terrible’s Road House Casino, according to a release.
The woman, identified only as Cathy, visits Pahrump often because her mother lives there and the two frequent Terrible’s Road House during her visits.
She won while playing the maximum bet of $3 on the machine.
