Metro Police say a 68-year-old Las Vegas man died after being struck by a hit-and-run vehicle while walking in a marked crosswalk Thursday night.
The incident happened about 8:25 p.m. on Rancho Drive at Riverside Drive, police said.
Police said a dark-colored sedan left the scene after striking the man, who was also hit by another vehicle. The man was taken to University Medical Center, where he died, police said.
The second vehicle's drive stayed at the scene and showed no sign of impairment, police said. The other vehicle had not been located, police said.
The identity of the man killed was not released, pending notification of family.
